Human-Animal Interactions and Infectious Disease

Zoonoses are significant in human histories, and histories of other species the environment. Diseases have been an important evolutionary force, not just major epidemics but quieter endemic diseases. These infectious diseases comprise complex events cycles involving multiple actors (humans, animals, microorganisms). Despite difficulties preservation, identification, interpretation, bioarchaeologists often analyzed zoonotic However, these studies tended to focus on individual disease its emergence as opposed human-animal interactions environmental that underlie more broadly. In this paper, after a brief review bioarchaeological it, we provide three contemporary case point complexity interaction socioecological circumstances involved disease.
